Did your parents get divorced? Is something to do with the divorce worrying you or making you feel bad?

It’s really important that you talk to someone about anything that’s bothering you. This way your feelings don’t stay bottled up inside you. Talking always helps.

  • Grandma, grandpa, or other relatives
  • A friend or your friend’s parents
  • A teacher
  • Your school nurse or school counsellor
  • Your coach
  • Someone you’re close to and trust
  • Your pet

Children’s and teenagers’ chat  

The ETKL chat is meant for children under 18. You can join the chat to talk about anything on your mind, for example your parents’ divorce. The chat is open from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 5pm and you can find the link to the chat at the bottom right of this page.
